Write to the helpline
Email is the best way to reach us. It lets you explain your situation at your own pace, attach copies of documents and keep a written record. Write to info [at] iranlegalhelpline [dot] com and describe your matter in plain English. We respond promptly.
Make your first message count
- What happened. A short, factual account in date order. Bullet points are fine.
- Where it happened. The city or province in Iran, and any other countries involved.
- Who is involved. Individuals or companies on each side, and your role in the matter.
- Key documents. Contracts, deeds, invoices, notices or court papers. List them, or attach copies.
- Deadlines. Any hearing dates, notice periods or time limits you are aware of.
- What you want. The outcome you are hoping for, even if you are not sure it is possible.
Urgent matters
If a deadline, hearing or notice is involved, write “Urgent” and the relevant date in the subject line and repeat it in your first sentence. Urgent messages are reviewed first.
